We don't buy pre-bent tubes or generic kits. Our full on-site production team utilises the absolute pinnacle of manufacturing technology to ensure millimetre perfection for a seamless, headache-free DIY fitment in your garage:

  • BLM Lasertube LT652: For ultra-high-precision, complex profile laser cutting.

  • 4 CNC Tube Benders: Including two state-of-the-art BLM Elect80 mandrel benders to guarantee perfect, unwrinkled structural bends every single time.

  • Machining Centres: 3 dedicated milling centres and 3 turning centres, featuring the latest Takisawa NEX-108 Lathe.

2. Massive On-Site Raw Material Stock

When you order a cage kit, you shouldn't have to wait months for a fabricator to source the metal. We hold one of the largest independent raw material stocks in the UK. Our warehouse is packed with multiple racks of certified materials ready to cut, bend, and ship globally:

  • CDS (Cold Drawn Seamless): The ultimate cost-effective, high-strength entry point for grassroots track day toys and drift cars.
  • T45 / 25CrMo4 / 15CDV6: Ultra-lightweight, high-tensile aerospace-grade alloys for maximum weight saving and elite protection.

3. Full-Scale Installation: 8 Vehicle Bays, 12 Cars at Once

Think we just ship flatpacks? Think again. We house a massive installation department featuring 8 dedicated vehicle bays capable of fitting up to 12 vehicles simultaneously. Our team of 8 permanent, highly skilled on-site fabricators work daily to weld, fit, and prep chassis to professional standards. If you want the ultimate peace of mind, you can drop your chassis straight to us.

4. Custom Chassis Design & Advanced Engineering

Have a unique chassis project or designing your own subframes? We have a fully staffed, on-site engineering team. We don't guess, we take complex CAD designs and bring your concepts to life.

To ensure flawless quality control and production validation, we utilise 3 FARO 3D measuring arms and laser scanners. We reverse-engineer cabin interiors down to the fraction of a millimetre, ensuring your cage hugs the A-pillars and roofline perfectly to maximise cabin space and structural rigidity.

5. Direct MSUK & FIA Certification

"How do I know my cage will pass scrutineering?" We have a dedicated, on-site Certification Team that works directly and closely with Motorsport UK (MSUK) and the FIA. We handle the initial designs, the testing protocols, and the paperwork to ensure your cage is fully compliant and certified from day one on all our compliant and certificated designs.
